Listly terms of service

Effective September 16, 2026.

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Listly ("Listly", "we", "us") covering the Listly Chrome extension, the Listly license service, and the ListlyHome.com website (together, the "service"). By buying a key, installing the extension or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using Listly for a brokerage or team, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Listly is a Chrome extension for real-estate professionals. You type an address; it reads comparable closed sales through the RPR® session you are already signed into, applies the comp rules you've set, and shows a rating for each comp and an estimated value. The service requires Google Chrome on a desktop computer, your own valid RPR login, and an active Listly subscription.

Listly is read-only. It does not change property facts, create CMAs, save searches you didn't run, or store anything in your RPR account. What it reads stays on your computer; our privacy policy lists every request the extension makes.

3. RPR, your MLS and your brokerage

RPR and your MLS are third-party services with their own terms, and your access to them is between you and them. Listly only ever reads what your own login can already see, and only while you're signed in. You are responsible for making sure your use of Listly complies with your RPR and MLS agreements, NAR and local association rules, your brokerage's policies, and any law that applies to you. If those rules don't allow tools like Listly, don't use it.

Listly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Realtors Property Resource® (RPR) or the National Association of REALTORS®. RPR® and REALTOR® are trademarks of their owners.

4. Your license and your key

• Listly is for licensed real-estate agents with an RPR login. When you sign up you confirm you're licensed and give us your license state and number; we may check it and may decline or end a key that isn't an agent's.
• Your license key is your login. It is issued to you on your setup call (or on your receipt, if you pay online) and is personal to you.
• One key = one RPR account, on up to two computers. The license service keeps a one-way fingerprint of the RPR account and a random id for each computer to enforce this.
• Keep your key private. Don't share, sell, lend or publish it. If a key is shared across RPR accounts or more computers than allowed, we may deactivate it.
• You may remove a computer from your key on the account page to make room for a new one.
• The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive. We keep all rights in the software; you get the right to use it under these terms for as long as your subscription is active.

5. Billing and cancellation

• Listly is a monthly subscription, billed in advance through Stripe. The current price is confirmed with you before you're charged — on your setup call or on the get-started section and at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing page (enter your key under Manage my subscription). Cancelling stops the next charge; your key keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry. If it still fails, your key stops working until billing is fixed.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
• Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we choose to at our discretion. If something isn't working for you, reply to your receipt and tell us — we'd rather fix it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

• share or resell keys, or use one key for more RPR accounts or computers than allowed;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the extension, or work around the license check;
• use Listly to bulk-extract, republish or resell RPR or MLS data, or in any way your data agreements don't allow;
• use the service to break any law, or interfere with the license service, this website or other users.

7. Estimates, not appraisals

Listly gives you comparable sales and a value estimate produced from the comps you accept and the ratings you set. It is a starting point for your own judgment. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or a comparative market analysis, and it is not professional, legal or financial advice. Data comes from RPR and public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for verifying it and for any opinion of value you give a client, and for complying with any appraisal or BPO laws that apply to you.

8. Availability and changes

Listly depends on RPR and on Chrome, and either can change without notice. We work to keep the extension current, but we don't promise it will work at every moment or with every future change to RPR. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll tell you about material changes in the extension's release notes.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any value shown. To the fullest extent the law allows, Listly's total liability for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost commissions or deals. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You can stop using Listly at any time by cancelling and removing the extension. We can suspend or end a key that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or isn't paid for. If we end your key for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of the current month.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version is posted here with a new effective date, and material changes are announced in the extension's release notes or by email before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
