Here is exactly what you booked.
Ten minutes on the phone, and this page so you already know what it is before we spend them. Read it, watch it, and if it is not for you, say so — that is a perfectly good outcome.
What Listly is
A Chrome side panel that sits next to RPR and does three jobs through your own login, read-only. It never touches your MLS and it never stores a property.
- Price a house. Type an address. It reads every sold home in the area in full — the remarks, not just the numbers — adjusts each comp the way an appraiser would, and hands you five that set the value, ten it kept in reserve, and the ten houses a buyer will see this week at the same money. Five to eight seconds.
- Find the opportunity. Set an address and a radius. It reads every listing in that area and puts them in order: what expired, what has been sitting, what is asking under what RPR itself says it is worth, who owns a house they do not live in.
- Put the listing to work. One click turns your listing into a Facebook Marketplace post, written so it gets found. The MLS sells that house; the post brings you the next client.
What the call covers
- How you actually work. How many comps a week, what you list, where your leads come from now. Ten minutes of that tells us more than any demo.
- The tools, live. Not slides. We run a real address in your market and you watch what comes back.
- Whether we are a good fit. Straight answer, both directions. We do not want customers we cannot help — they cancel in a month and everybody has wasted their time.
- Getting it working. If it is a fit, a rep walks you through the install and stays on until you have run your own first comp. Installed is not the goal; knowing how to use it is.
Who this is not for
Worth saying plainly, because it saves us both the call:
- No RPR login, no Listly. It runs inside your session. Without an active licence and RPR access there is nothing for it to read.
- If you are not actively taking listings or working buyers, there is nothing here to automate yet. Listly makes a busy week cheaper; it does not make a quiet one busy.
- If you want it to post to Facebook for you while you sleep — it does not. It writes the post and takes you to the last step; you press publish, through your own Facebook login.
- If you are hoping it values houses without you, it does not do that either. It does the reading and the maths and shows its working. You still own the number, and so you should.
What it costs
The Comparison Analysis Tool is $64.99 a month and the AI Search Engine comes with it. The Marketplace AI Lister is $85.99. Both together are $109.99. There is a one-time $75 setup on your first payment and never again, including if you add the other tool later. Thirty-day money-back guarantee on the subscription.
Brokerages and teams are priced on the call by size — one bill, a key for every agent.
Still want the call? Do nothing — we will text you to confirm on the day. If this is not for you, reply to that text and it is cancelled, no hard feelings.
